Diving in the cenotes is safe?
It is! but is super important that you follow the rules. First of all, you need to be a certified diver and have good buoyancy skills....

Explore the largest underwater cavern system of the world!
Cenotes are pretty much dry caverns that flood many many years ago.
We can dive between stalactites, get into the crazy acid sulfhidric clouds and experience the effect of the halocline!
It's considered cavern diving and a good buoyancy is required.
Diving the cenotes is one of our favorite dives because of the unique underwater formations created over hundreds of millions of years ago, some of them have stalactites that are huge bells, some others huge columns or walls full of balls.
All of them are unique, with amazing light entrances and acid sulfhidric clouds that are mind blowing. It is something that you definitely need to dive.
